The exterior façade is a harmonious interplay of raw materials and contemporary elegance. Dominated by a brick cladding, the design embraces warmth and texture, blending seamlessly with the surrounding urban fabric while standing out as a timeless piece of architecture. The brickwork is complemented by clean, minimalist grey tones, punctuated with wooden accents that soften the urban edge and add a natural, serene quality to the structure.
